Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AP, a degree in accounting, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Account Payable preferred.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
• Strong internal control knowledge and policy understanding.
• Experience with payment industry a plus; fintech interest.
• Ability to work in teams and independently with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle regional payment processes for multiple entities within the group.
• Process payable invoices promptly and accurately.
• Review staff claims with proper documentation.
• Prepare weekly payment batches for management approval and bank upload.
• Process ad-hoc payments and upload to bank systems as needed.
• Organize payment invoices and supporting documents daily.
• Assist in vendor statement reconciliations and aged payables follow-up.
• Resolve vendor/internal inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support cash flow management and intercompany settlements.
• Update trackers, variance analyses, and comments.
• Collaborate with teams to improve financial reporting and automation.
