Job summary

CRYOWELLNESS CENTRE SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Regional Account Lead based in Malaysia to own finance and accounting operations across Singapore, India, Australia and Malaysia. You will consolidate accounts, standardize processes, and lead a company-wide Xero implementation.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in regional finance, experience with a Xero/ERP rollout, and strong people management skills to coordinate across time zones.

Job description

We're looking for a Senior Regional Account Lead, based in Malaysia, to take ownership of internal finance and accounting operations across our Singapore, India, Australia, and Malaysia entities. This is a hands‑on leadership role combining account consolidation, systems implementation, and team management, ideal for an independent visionary who wants to modernize operations from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Own internal operations across the finance/accounting function for SG, India, Australia and Malaysia entities

Consolidate and standardize accounts across all four markets

Spearhead the end-to-end Xero implementation across all regional entities

Plan and execute database migration into Xero, ensuring data integrity throughout

Manage and delegate tasks across finance/accounting staff in multiple locations

Serve as the primary internal point of contact for regional finance operations

Evaluate and adopt AI tools and other software to improve internal efficiency and accuracy

Build and maintain reporting consistency across jurisdictions with differing regulatory requirements

About you

10–15 years of experience in accounting/finance, with regional or multi-country exposure preferred

Prior experience leading or supporting a Xero implementation (strongly preferred) or comparable ERP/accounting software rollout

Demonstrated experience with data/database migration projects

Strong people management and delegation skills comfortable leading distributed teams across time zones

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI tools and various accounting/finance software

Excellent internal communication and coordination skills

Familiarity with accounting standards/practices across SG, India, Australia, and/or Malaysia is a plus
