Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a capable Management Accountant to support finance operations across international entities, with a strong emphasis on Singapore accounting requirements and cross‑jurisdictional reporting.

You will own day‑to‑day bookkeeping, month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and payroll-related calculations, using Xero and Excel, while engaging with stakeholders worldwide to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in management accounting or bookkeeping.
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting processes; exposure to UK/US/UAE is a plus.
• Hands-on with monthly close, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and variances.
• Proficient in Excel and Xero; accurate and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain management accounts, financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across entities, with focus on Singapore requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, expenditure analysis, and variance analysis with insights.
• Assist payroll-related calculations, primarily commissions, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain financial records using Xero and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders and drive process improvements.
