Job summary

UNITED PANEL-SYSTEM (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Refrigeration Technician to fabricate, assemble and test cooling systems using various tools and welding equipment.

The role requires 3+ years in Freon/Ammonia/CO2 refrigeration, good blueprint reading, and the ability to work outdoors in challenging weather. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with growth opportunities in a long-standing Malaysian manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Refrigeration or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Refrigeration Systems (Either Freon, Ammonia or CO2) or any other related field
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble structural and functional components of refrigeration systems, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
• Conduct operational tests on refrigeration systems, checking mechanisms and making adjustments.
• Adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts and reassemble repaired systems.
• Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming.
• Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures, including compressors, motors, condensers, and evaporators
• Observe and test newly installed systems.
