Job summary

Fresh Cool Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced air conditioning technician to install, maintain, repair and test cooling systems on-site in the Petaling Jaya area. The role requires diagnosing complex problems, planning safe work methods, and supervising Technicians and Trainees to ensure quality and safety.

You will participate in site visits, provide technical recommendations, prepare quotations and installation plans, and contribute to improving SOPs and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Must have valid GDL license.
• Experience in air conditioning field.
• Able to work in Petaling Jaya area.

Responsibilities

• Install, clean, maintain, repair and test air conditioning systems independently according to company standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems including cooling systems, electrical wiring, drainage systems and other defects.
• Inspect installation site conditions and plan appropriate, safe and effective work methods.
• Assist the company in conducting site visits to provide technical recommendations and help prepare quotations and installation plans.
• Supervise and guide Technicians and Trainees during work to ensure quality, safety and productivity meet company standards.
• Train new workers and Technicians in installation, repair, maintenance, work procedures and company SOP.
• Help develop and improve SOPs, technical standards and work processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Review and ensure all installation, maintenance and repair records are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and manage the use and maintenance of company equipment, machinery and vehicles.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing explanations on air conditioning use, care and maintenance to increase customer satisfaction.
