Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment or similar field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; conduct regular follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure successful placement of candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
