Purpose

To support the recruitment and future ready strategy by ensuring effective execution of manpower planning, recruitment processes, event coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on providing operational and administrative support for recruitment activities, enabling agency growth and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract, select, and onboard new agency force members across all regions.
  • Assist in manpower planning by maintaining accurate records of recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with Agency Leaders, Sales Managers, and Regional teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment programs and campaigns.
  • Manage logistics, documentation, and reporting for recruitment events such as Business Opportunity Presentations (BOP), Recruit Schools, and other initiatives.
  • Track and monitor outcomes after each recruitment event (e.g., BOPs, Recruit Schools, University tie-ups) by preparing post-event reports, analyzing results against objectives, and highlighting follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare event proposal paperwork including budgets, approvals, vendor forms, and compliance documents to ensure smooth execution of recruitment initiatives.
  • Coordinate ordering of merchandise and recruitment materials (e.g., T-shirts, badges, banners, tokens, certificates) in line with event requirements and corporate branding guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and deliver Recruitment Management Information (MI) reports to provide clarity on performance metrics such as manpower growth, productivity, and pipeline health.
  • Support the implementation of “Future Ready” initiatives, including training coordination, digital adoption, and continuous improvement projects related to recruitment.
  • Provide administrative and operational assistance for recruitment-related work streams and projects to ensure timely completion.
