Job summary

Glenmarie Golf & Country Club in Shah Alam, Malaysia seeks a capable professional to manage the Sport & Recreation Centre operations. You will oversee the Annual Management Plan, forecast revenues and expenses, and ensure smooth daily operations of facilities such as the gym, pool, and events spaces.

You will plan and run events, promote memberships, develop the Social Pass Program, and maintain equipment and spaces. Previous leadership in sport or recreation facilities is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in outdoor team building and promoting membership for sport facilities.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Annual Management Plan (AMP) and forecasts for operating revenue and expenses.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of all Sport & Recreation Centre sections (gym, swimming pool, karaoke, etc.).
• Plan, promote and run events and activities at the centre, including seminars, coaching sessions, and corporate team building.
• Develop, plan and execute Social Pass Program to enhance corporate brand value and growth.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, space usage, and facility upkeep.
• Develop and implement procedures and policies for the facilities.
• Ensure all facilities and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
