Job summary

Glenmarie Golf & Country Club in Shah Alam is seeking a Membership Executive to manage membership services, process applications and drive revenue through proactive engagement with members and partners.

You will work closely with the Membership Service Centre to handle inquiries, maintain prospect databases and organize member-related activities, while upholding SOPs and delivering professional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process new membership applications, transfers, replacements and nominations in accordance with SOPs
• Attend to members' enquiries and provide efficient membership services
• Support membership sales and revenue generation through prospecting, follow-up and relationship building
• Develop and maintain a database of prospective members, sellers and potential nominees
• Prepare and organize members non-golfing related activities to enhance membership loyalty
• Prepare and send membership related materials to members
• Manage and maintain Reciprocal and Affiliated Clubs affairs and prepare letter of introduction
• Engage and expand list of partners for membership loyalty rewards program
• Operate day to day running of Membership Service Centre, attending to membership related enquiries, generating tax invoices and issuing membership materials
• Retain existing membership and generate revenue through networking and relationship building with clients and prospects

Job description

This role involves managing membership services, processing applications, transfers, replacements and nominations in accordance with standard operating procedures. You will attend to members' enquiries, support membership sales and revenue generation, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Membership Service Centre.

Key responsibilities

Process new membership applications, transfers, replacements, nominations and related documentation in accordance with SOPs

Attend to members' enquiries and provide efficient and professional membership services

Support membership sales and revenue generation through prospecting, follow-up and relationship building

Develop and maintain a database of prospective members, sellers and potential nominees
