Job summary

Glenmarie Golf & Country Club in Selangor is seeking a capable operations leader to ensure the smooth daily running of all sections under the Sport & Recreation Centre, including sports facilities, gym, pool, karaoke and events.

You will develop annual plans, forecast revenue and expenses, organize events, promote memberships, and oversee equipment maintenance and space usage; a relevant degree and 5 years in similar roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in outdoor team building and promoting membership is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Annual Management Plan (AMP).
• Develop and prepare forecasts for all operating revenue & expenses.
• Plan, prepare, promote and run events schedule at Sport & Recreation Centre (e.g., sports events, competitions, seminars/clinics, coaching sessions, corporate team building).
• Develop, plan and execute Social Pass Program to enhance corporate brand value and create new growth of business.
• Monitor and regularly check on equipment that needs servicing, maintenance or space optimization.
• Develop and implement procedures and policies.
• Ensure all sports facilities are in proper working condition and equipment is properly stored and maintained.

Responsible for the smooth running of daily operations of all sections under Sport & Recreation Centre. This will include the sports facilities such as sports centre, gymnasium, Olympic size swimming pool, Karaoke etc or sports events and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for Annual Management Plan (AMP)
• Develop and prepare forecasts for all operating revenue & expenses
• Plan, prepare, promote and run events schedule to take place at Sport & Recreation Centre such as promoting Sport events, competition, seminar/clinic and coaching session or Corporate team building
• Develop, plan and execute Social Pass Program to enhance corporate brand value and create new growth of business
• Monitor and regularly check on equipment need to be service, maintain, replace or planning the best use of space
• Develop and implement procedures and policies
• Ensure all sports facilities are in proper working condition and all equipment are properly stored and maintained

About you

• Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or any related qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in conducting outdoor team building and promoting membership for sport facilities is an advantage
