Job Responsibility

• Communicate over the phone to help manage the full payment of debts or on a monthly basis in accordance with established work ethic.
• Discuss and find the best solution for the customer to help on the overdue account.
• Advise customers on payment ethically.
• Analyze the data provided to generate a high and consistent income every month.

• Achieve at least SPM education
