Job Title: Record to Report Team Lead APAC
Location: Kuala Lumpur

To lead the Regional Shared Service Centre, Record to Report function. Proactively manage and drive high-performing, standardised service delivery ensuring effective controls resulting in strong customer service. To support the implementation of programmes of continuous improvement within finance.
Team activities include: providing financial and regulatory information. responsibility will be timely, effective and efficient processing of general ledger-related transactions including fixed assets and journal entries reconciliation of general ledger accounts and subledgers and performing period end closing activities including accruals, revenue recognition and reporting and essential controlling and bank activities. adhering to all control requirements as outlined in the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) which includes overseeing the timely and accurate loading of control evidence, validating completeness and accuracy, and ensuring documentation is maintained in accordance with the requirements.
Technical / professional qualifications: Accounting or Business Administration qualifications
Strong MS Office, Excel and Oracle knowledge as well as experience in the Business and Accounting systems used in the function
Preferred: Experience in managing a team preferably in a shared services environment Additional language skills
Direct Reports: Team of up to 10 Team members
