Job summary

IPGMY (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-driven analyst to support real estate market research in Kuala Lumpur. You will collect and analyse market data from property platforms, identify trends, and highlight pricing patterns to guide investment decisions.

The role requires strong numerical skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and an eye for detail. You will work closely with the team to produce accurate market reports and actionable insights for property opportunities.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong interest in the property and real estate industry.
Good research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
Comfortable working with numbers, data and Excel/Google Sheets.
Good attention to detail when collecting, organising and comparing information.
Able to think critically and identify trends, opportunities and potential risks from data.

Responsibilities

Research property market supply and demand in different areas.
Collect and organise market data from property platforms and other sources.
Analyse the number and types of properties available in the market.
Track rental and selling prices and identify pricing trends.
Study competitors and similar property projects.
Identify potential market opportunities and risks.
Assist the team in identifying potential property investment opportunities based on market data.
