Job summary

CBRE Malaysia is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Analyst to ensure accurate data input in client systems, review lease documents, and analyze real estate data to support business outcomes.

The role involves developing data quality standards, generating comprehensive reports, and improving data reliability. A rostered 5-day week with 2 rest days is required, with weekday and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and legal contracts.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret lease documents and terms.
• Analyze and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
• Generate data reports and presentations.
• Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• A rostered schedule of 5 working days per week with 2 rest days.
• Willing to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
