Job summary

Knight Frank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Data Analyst to join the APAC Data & Analytics team. Based in KL, you will collect, clean and structure data, run portfolio, bench‑marking, and location analyses, and present findings through dashboards, reports and presentations.

You will build analytical tools with Power BI, work with GIS mapping, and support business cases for real estate strategies. A quantitative degree and strong Excel skills are required, with keen attention to detail and the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in data analytics or related field.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns.
Proficient in Excel with PivotTables and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Portfolio and benchmarking analysis; present performance through dashboards and reports.
Location analysis combining demographic, labour and market factors.
Geospatial analysis supporting commute, accessibility and labour-density studies.
Financial modelling including Cash Flow, P&L and NPV for business cases.
Develop analytics tools and templates using Power BI and related tech.
Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
Prepare clear reports for project teams, management and clients.
Data visualization to support business cases and presentations.
