Job summary

CW Hikari Foods Sdn. Bhd. is hiring for a ramen shop role in Petaling Jaya. Prepare and serve ramen bowls and sides according to SOP, greet customers, take orders, and help maintain a fast, friendly dining environment.

Training provided; no prior ramen or F&B experience required. You will work as part of a team, stand for long hours, and contribute to stock checks and cleanliness. Daily shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Secondary School/SPM certificate is required.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• No prior ramen or F&B experience required; full training provided.
• Able to stand for long hours and multitask during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve ramen bowls and side dishes according to SOP.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils and equipment after use and closing.
• Greet customers, take orders accurately, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, spice levels, and recommend specials.
• Maintain service speed, accuracy and hospitality throughout the shift.
• Assist in daily stock arrangement, replenishment and expiry checks.
