Job summary

Klinik Aman 14 Jam Happy Garden seeks a skilled Radiographer cum Clinic Assistant to join our medical imaging team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role combines radiography with essential clinic support for smooth daily operations.

You will operate X-ray equipment, position patients, perform QA checks, maintain records, assist with patient registration, and uphold radiation safety while communicating clearly with patients and staff.

Experience in clinic-based imaging is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging from an accredited institution.
• Valid professional registration or certification as a Radiographer with the relevant regulatory body.
• Proficiency in operating digital radiographic and imaging equipment (X-Ray).
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and adherence to radiation protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Position patients correctly and ensure image quality for interpretation.
• Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment; perform QA checks.
• Adhere to radiation safety regulations and use protective equipment.
• Assist clinicians with patient preparation, vital sign monitoring, and clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and equipment maintenance logs.
• Manage clinic scheduling and patient flow to optimise operations.
• Support administrative tasks including patient registration and data entry.
• Ensure sterilisation and maintenance of clinic equipment and facilities.
• Provide patient education regarding imaging procedures and post-procedure care.
