Job summary

Smart OHD Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Radiographer to perform diagnostic X-ray examinations in our clinic in Johor Bahru. You will ensure proper patient positioning, radiation safety, and accurate image archiving while following MOH guidelines.

In addition to radiography, you will assist in medication dispensing, patient registration, and general clinic duties when idle, contributing to smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Radiography / Medical Imaging.
• Valid APC (Annual Practicing Certificate) and registered with relevant authority.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and imaging protocols.
• Basic knowledge in medication dispensing procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general X-ray examinations as prescribed by the Medical Officer.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure radiation protection measures are followed at all times.
• Process, review, and archive radiographic images accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of imaging procedures.
• Ensure compliance with MOH and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report any equipment malfunction or maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the X-ray room and clinic premises.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are organized and sanitized.
• Assist in general clinic duties when required.

Job description

The Radiographer is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray) in accordance with established medical standards, safety regulations, and clinic protocols. In addition to radiography duties, the Radiographer will assist in medication dispensing, patient registration, and maintaining clinic cleanliness when there are no X-ray patients, ensuring smooth daily clinic operations.

REQUIREMENT
