Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Reporting and Accounting Team Lead for Direct Tax & Statutory in Petaling Jaya. You will lead the RtR tax and statutory reporting workstreams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

You will coach a team, drive process improvements, coordinate audits, and partner with Corporate Finance to deliver robust financial statements and tax filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications is an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years in Finance/ RtR with at least 3 years in Direct Tax and Statutory Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation regulations, and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day Record-to-Report (RtR) tax operations and ensure compliant tax accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate tax activities to meet KPIs and service delivery expectations.
• Maintain process documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and end‑to‑end RtR integration.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and stakeholders on tax reporting and filings.
