R2R Finance Associate – Global Shared Services

Job summary

AstraZeneca Malaysia is recruiting for a transaction processing role within Global Finance Services (GFS). You will perform R2R activities, ensure accurate monthly closings, and generate reports while supporting process improvements.

A degree in Accounting & Finance/ ACCA or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience are expected, with SAP/Oracle familiarity and strong English communication. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting & Finance/ ACCA or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of accounting work experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP, Oracle or other ERP system.
• Experience of working in a shared service centre across a global/large organisation.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out transaction processing within R2R to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Perform daily accounting activities and month-end close with accurate delivery.
• Prepare and produce monthly reports; highlight and rectify anomalies.
• Support system/process developments and update process documentation.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders; support team leadership.
