Job summary

Sanofi Group in Kuala Lumpur invites a Senior Analyst to join the Account to Report (A2R) Closing & Reporting team for Asia/JPAC & Greater Gulf. You will support the A2R Closing & Reporting Lead, ensure IFRS compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires minimum 3 years in Finance/Accounting, SAP Fi/CO experience, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s or professional degree. Fluency in English and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Finance/Accounting/A2R/SSC.
Exposure to multinational or regional corporate environments.
Experience with SAP Fi/CO modules.
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel).
Strong English communication skills, verbal and written.
Accounting standards: IFRS and regional GAAP.

Responsibilities

Implement and align with core A2R model and closing governance.
Support automation and process improvements in closing cycles.
Ensure quality reporting of statutory accounts and consolidation packages.
Monitor IFRS compliance and internal controls.
Participate in CFO closing meetings and issue analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across P2P, OTC, PS, tax and country finance.
