Job summary

Jebsen & Jessen Pte Ltd. is seeking an RTR Analyst to manage daily General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Banking, and Treasury processes with SAP-based R2R workflows. The role ensures timely, accurate accounting information and supports Month End close and year-end audits.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce/finance/accounting (ACCA/CPA encouraged) and has at least 2 years of accounting experience in an international shared service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance or accounting; professional qualification encouraged.
• 2+ years in accounting role, preferably in international finance shared service.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations.
• General ledger journals input into SAP.
• Month end tasks.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of Control Accounts, Provision and Prepayments.
• Fixed Assets register reconciliation, additions, depreciation run and asset journals.
• Intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Support a clean and timely year end audit.
• Process documentation and improvement.
• R2R workflow mailboxes for timely responses.
• Ad-hoc reporting for the Line Manager or others.
• Assist in implementing new systems or processes for RTR.
