Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn Bhd is seeking a technically capable individual in Johor Bahru to join our quality and development team. The role focuses on evaluating new ingredients, performing sensory tests, and reporting findings to support product development.

You will also monitor pilot plant operations, execute trials, and assist in new product development, while ensuring Food Safety systems such as HACCP, GMP, and related standards are properly implemented.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

To carry out new ingredient's evaluation and reporting.
To conduct sensory evaluation, testing, and reporting.
To monitor and supervise pilot plant operation.
To execute product trial and application as assigned.
To assist in new product development project and study.
Responsible for Food Safety System implementation (e.g. HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
Perform any other duties as assigned
