Job summary

Stemgenic Pte Ltd is an emerging food innovation company focused on health-oriented functional foods and beverages for regional markets. The role leads formulation, product development, sensory work, and commercialization projects across multiple categories.

You will develop new formulations, evaluate ingredients, and collaborate with manufacturing, QA, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure launch readiness. Prior experience in similar health-focused products is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in R&D, product development, formulation, or innovation.
• Experience in food, beverage, nutrition, supplements, functional foods, dairy, plant-based, or consumer health products.
• Strong understanding of ingredients, processing, sensory evaluation, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Develop formulations for functional foods, beverages, nutrition products, supplements, or health-focused consumer products.
• Conduct sensory evaluation, shelf-life testing, ingredient selection, and product optimization.
• Work with manufacturing, QA, regulatory, marketing, and external partners.
• Support scale-up, trial production, troubleshooting, and launch readiness.
• Track trends in wellness nutrition, plant-based, clean label, fortification, and sugar reduction.
