Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in R&D, product development, food manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and product development processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently conduct product demonstrations and engage with audiences.
• Proficient in documentation, report preparation, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and improvement of new recipes and products in accordance with company standards.
• Conduct kitchen trials and accurately record measurements, procedures, observations, and results.
• Prepare raw materials and ensure all equipment and ingredients are ready prior to testing activities.
• Participate in cooking demonstrations and confidently present products to customers, clients, or stakeholders.
• Assist in food preparation and presentation for tasting sessions, promotional events, and product launches.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the test kitchen, including washing utensils, cleaning workstations, and ensuring floors are kept clean after use.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and kitchen equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Prepare reports, records, and documentation related to recipe development, product testing, and new product initiatives.
• Ensure all activities comply with food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and company policies.
