Job summary

allnex invites you to join the R&D team in Melaka, Malaysia as an R&D Intern today. In this role, you will support the R&D team in resin development and laboratory testing by carrying out experiments, analysing data, and assisting chemists in product development and troubleshooting within a chemical laboratory environment.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field.
Available for at least 6 months (1-year preferred).
Interest in R&D and the chemical industry.
Comfortable working in a laboratory setting.
Strong analytical and technical abilities.

Responsibilities

Support R&D resin cooking activities and related lab work.
Prepare raw materials, set up equipment, and monitor cooking processes.
Record data and maintain detailed lab reports and graphs.
Operate analytical instruments as needed (e.g., FTIR, GC).
Assist in evaluating new raw materials and product development.
Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
