Job summary

AgetraAI Sdn Bhd is seeking a versatile R&D Engineer – Full Stack to design, build, and optimize end-to-end applications for our AI Agent products in Malaysia. You will bridge AI backend systems and frontend interfaces, owning features from performance tuning to user experience, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Strong C++ backend skills, knowledge of Transformer models, and familiarity with HTTP/web protocols are essential, as is a knack for app performance

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend interfaces and backend services for AI Agent products.
• Backend Performance & Optimization: Implement high-performance C++ backend solutions, identify bottlenecks for stability and throughput.
• Frontend User Experience: Develop responsive UI components, optimize load speeds and interaction quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineers to translate AI capabilities into user-facing features.
• Quality & Innovation: Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and researching emerging AI tech.
