Job summary

IRCare Sdn. Bhd. seeks fresh graduates and junior engineers to join its R&D team. You will engage in hands-on electronics design, prototyping, testing and troubleshooting across the product development lifecycle from concept to production.

The role offers exposure to sensors, microcontrollers, circuit design, PCB development and embedded systems, with mentorship and opportunities to develop practical engineering skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, components and electronic engineering principles.
• Familiarity with circuit schematics, PCB design or electronic testing would be an advantage.
• Exposure to microcontrollers, embedded systems or programming languages such as C/C++ or Python would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing and improving electronic circuits, components and hardware systems.
• Support circuit schematic design, PCB development and electronic component selection.
• Work with sensors, microcontrollers, power supplies and other electronic components.
• Research and explore new technologies and solutions for product improvements.
• Participate in product prototyping, assembly, testing and validation.
• Conduct electronic hardware testing and assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Support hardware and embedded system integration.
• Assist in improving product functionality, reliability and performance.
• Support the transition of product designs from prototype to production.
• Work closely with Mechanical Engineers and other R&D team members on product development.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including circuit diagrams, specifications and test reports.
• Support day-to-day R&D activities and continuous product improvement initiatives.

We are looking for fresh graduates and junior engineers to join our R&D team!

This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about electronics, enjoy hands‑on technical work and are eager to develop their engineering skills.

You will be involved in electronic design, product prototyping, testing and troubleshooting, while gaining practical exposure to the product development process, from concept to production.

Key Responsabilities

Electronic Design & Development

Assist in designing, developing and improving electronic circuits, components and hardware systems.

Support circuit schematic design, PCB development and electronic component selection.

Work with sensors, microcontrollers, power supplies and other electronic components.

Product Development, Testing & Troubleshooting

Requirements
