Job summary

AgetraAI Sdn Bhd is seeking a Research and Development Engineer to work on backend AI Agent products using C++ and Transformer-based technologies. Design, implement, and optimize high-performance backend systems to support AI-related applications.

You will collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements while maintaining strong code quality and a learning mindset.

• Strong proficiency in C++
• Solid understanding of Transformer architecture and related technologies
• Strong understanding of application performance and optimization
• Solid programming and software design skills
