Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a hands-on Electronics/ET engineer in Malacca City to design and validate testing environments for electronic systems.

You will prototype test setups, perform circuit and functional testing, and document procedures with cross‑functional teams. Ideal candidates have a degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics engineering and at least 1 year of related experience, with knowledge of ICT/Functional Testing and PCB design tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics testing or related industry preferred.
• Familiar with ICT and Functional Testing; knowledge of AOI is a plus.
• Proficient with Altium, Eagle, Proteus or similar design tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies in a hands-on engineering environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong CGPA encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic systems and components for testing environments.
• Perform prototype testing, validation, and analysis to ensure system functionality.
• Conduct circuit testing and functional control testing including output and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical specifications.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electronic issues.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, test procedures and test reports.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Support development and improvement of test automation systems and processes.
• Stay updated with latest electronics and test automation trends.
• Assist in debugging, root-cause analysis, and system optimization.
