Keysight Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Software Verification & Validation Engineer to join the Quantum Engineering Solutions (QES) team.

This hybrid role blends QA and embedded software engineering to ensure reliability of our quantum control platform. You will collaborate with physicists, firmware, and software teams to design test plans, automate workflows, and verify performance of hardware-in-the-loop systems.

Qualificações

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics with C#/C++ or Python proficiency.
• Experience developing test/production software using C#, C++ or Python.
• Strong understanding of software performance fundamentals.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and to develop teamwork across dispersed teams.
• Willingness to learn proactively and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, AWGs, digitizers, and downconverters; PXI hardware a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain test automation workflows, data visualization/analysis, instrument control, and system configuration.
• Develop system-level test automation for quantum control system to enhance overall system test coverage
• Create and optimize automation frameworks for testing and infrastructure, while also contributing to codebase improvements and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging automated and manual testing to ensure software excellence and performance.
• Work closely with Software, Firmware and Hardware teams to ensure seamless deployments, high-quality software, and efficient issue resolution.
• Co-define V&V processes, document test frameworks and propagate them to global teams across regions.
• Collaborate effectively across Asia, Europe and US to standardize processes and improve reliability.
