Job summary

Experior Group is hiring a hands-on QA Engineer to establish and maintain QMS for IC test operations in Malaysia. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, and prepare for audits and certification.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and external auditors to build a robust quality system supporting NPI, ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing or IC test operations experience.
• Knowledge of quality management standards and certification requirements for semiconductor testing.
• Experience implementing QMS, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Familiarity with document control, nonconformance management, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the QMS in line with certification standards and customer requirements.
• Lead certification readiness, internal and external audits, and follow-up actions.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions, records and document control systems.
• Ensure compliance with control, traceability, nonconformance, and customer quality requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to close quality gaps with practical solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, certification bodies, and auditors on quality matters.
• Promote quality awareness and consistent application of quality practices.
