Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking professionals to support procurement and tender activities in Selangor. The role focuses on RFQ/Tender processes, take-off, BQ preparation, and coordinating with clients and construction professionals to drive bidding success.

Responsibilities include budgeting and cost analysis for tenders, contract and pre/post-contract management, site valuation, variation orders, and final accounts, with ongoing liaison to site managers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFQ/Tender processes and tender evaluation.
• Preparation of budgets, cost analysis and BQ for tenders.
• Ability to prepare contract, tender and pre-qualification documents.

Responsibilities

• Work on RFQ/Tender processes, taking-off, BQ preparation.
• Work on enquiries of quotations, tender evaluation & report.
• Prepare contract document, tender document, pre-qualification document for typical project.
• Prepare budgeting, cost control and cost analysis for tendering stage and ongoing projects.
• Accountable for pre and post-contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order, and final accounts.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineer
