Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a quantity surveyor with interior design industry experience in Kuala Lumpur. You will prepare tender documents, budgets, and bills of quantities, and forecast material costs. You will track design changes and adjust budgets on site.

Responsibilities

• Quantity survey work experience related to interior design industry
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
• Select and/or source construction materials
• Report or liaise with Project Manager/ Design Director of all related work matters
