Job summary

Haily Construction Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our post-contract team. You will monitor project costs, prepare progress claims, verify certifications, and analyze drawings to ensure compliance with contract documents.

The role requires a QS qualification (Diploma/Degree), proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring budgets and cost efficiency.
• Prepare progress claims and final accounts.
• Review certifications related to milestones and payments.
• Analyze construction drawings for alignment with specs and contracts.
• Prepare variation orders and final accounts for client approval.
• Conduct site valuations and monitor work progress.
• Certify monthly progress claims from subcontractors.
