Northcroft Lim Perunding Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant. You will assist in costing, feasibility studies, and cash flows, and help prepare budgets.

Use the latest QS software to prepare bills of quantities for tenders and support post-contract duties to ensure smooth project delivery.

Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome; Malaysians only, with an eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.

Quantity Surveyor / Assistant (Urgent Hiring)

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of our projects, working closely with experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in project costing, feasibility studies, and preparing cash flows.

Preparing project budgets and supporting various related tasks.

Using the latest QS software to prepare bills of quantities for tenders.

Helping with post-contract duties to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or a related field.

Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Willingness to work in Petaling Jaya.
