Job summary

Team Office System Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Johor to support cost estimation, budgeting, and BOQ preparation. You will perform quantity take-offs from drawings, assist with tender documentation, and monitor costs against budget while coordinating with project teams in English.

The role involves site visits to verify quantities and progress, applying cost management software, and providing administrative support to the QS department as needed.

Qualifications

• Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Undertake accurate measurement of building works from drawings for BOQ.
• Support procurement with tender documentation, quotation analysis, and subcontract docs.
• Maintain project cost records and track variations and payments.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor progress.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and liaise with project teams to ensure cost accuracy.
