Job summary

Quantity Surveying (QS) Responsibilities

• Take-off quantities and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Source, negotiate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims, VO (Variation Orders), final accounts, and payment certificates.
• Monitor project expenditure to ensure it stays within budget.
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and project records.
• Conduct Site Visit.
• Negotiating with project related consultants and subcontractor.
• Monitor construction cost, variation order, progress report, etc.
• Support procurement strategies and advise on cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and finance teams for reporting and forecasting.

General Requirements

• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
