Job summary

GBC INTERIOR & ENGINEERING SDN BHD based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to contribute to exciting building projects. You will handle project quotes, manage claims, and attend meetings while ensuring all contract administration works are conducted with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Company offers medical benefits, parking, and an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years related working experience in consultant QS / I.D contractor firm.
• Able to manage all contract administration works with minimum supervision.
• Initiative, resourceful and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender.
• Prepare and submit quotation to client.
• Prepare and finalize project claims.
• Attend tender meeting.

• PREPARE AND SUBMIT TENDER
• PREPARE AND SUBMIT QUOTATION TO CLIENT
• PREPARE AND FINALISE PROJECT CLAIMS
• ATTEND TENDER MEETING

Job Requirements

• DIPLOMA/DEGREE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING OR EQUIVALENT
• ABLE TO READ DRAWING AND IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT.
• ABLE TO MANAGE ALL CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION WORKS WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION
• MINIMUM 3-5 YEARS RELATED WORKING EXPERIENCE IN CONSULTANT QS / I.D CONTRACTOR FIRM.
• INITIATIVE, RESOURCEFUL AND POSITIVE WORKING ATTITUDE
• ABLE TO COMPLETE PROJECT ON TIGHT SCHEDULE.
