Qualifications

• Master in Quantity Surveying and Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying are required.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms such as MS Teams or Moodle is desirable.
• BQSM PQS/CQS registration is required or advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, update and develop lesson plans, schemes of work, lectures and tutorials in compliance with the syllabus.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials and class discussions to facilitate teaching and learning.
• Supervise final year projects/dissertations and supervise undergraduate student projects.
• Prepare, administer and mark assessments.
• Provide academic counselling and pastoral care to students.
• Undertake research and produce publications or other research outputs.
