Insulet Corporation seeks a Quality Systems Intern to support document optimization and procedural alignment within the Quality Assurance department. You will work on master document updates, change controls, and training alignment to ensure compliance with global practices.

The role involves assisting in PLM change orders, training assignment, and developing KPI dashboards for operational reviews. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with focus on detail-oriented documentation work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, quality management or manufacturing, ideally in final semester.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in documentation review.
• Ability to multitask and contribute as an individual and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support a Green Belt project focused on document optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Review and update master documents list per process owners' actions and ensure alignment with global procedures.
• Assess changes proposed by process owners for content updates and communicate any contradictions.
• Assist in reviewing change orders on PLM and provide inputs for action by change admin.
• Assist training specialists to ensure approved document trainings are assigned to relevant user groups.
• Follow up and track document approval progress on PLM.
• Help develop quality metrics dashboards and KPIs for operational review meetings.
