Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field, preferably final year.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving with high attention to detail in documentation.
• Preferred for a 6-month internship program.
• Basic Data Analysis knowledge or experience.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in developing quality plans where needed.
• Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve quality processes.
• Support documentation updates and upload revisions in the system and track approval progress in PLM.
• Assist in ERP-based calibration activities and maintain records.
• Prepare documentation for authority applications and sample readiness for analysis and vendor return.
• Contribute to development of quality metrics dashboards and KPIs for operational reviews.
• Maintain supplier information in risk assessment databases, SAP, SharePoint, and other platforms.
• Execute equipment preventive maintenance as per procedures/SAP.
• Assist inspection of raw materials using metrology equipment and propose improvements.
• Other duties as assigned by Engineers or supervisors.
