Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality/ISMS Auditor to join our Senai, Johor team. You will implement and maintain the IMS, conduct internal audits, manage documentation, and support continual improvement of quality, environmental, and information security programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of audit or QMS/EMS/ISMS experience, with strong knowledge of ISO standards and excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting QMS/EMS/ISMS activities, including audits, document control, or process improvement.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949 is preferred.
• Internal Auditor certification is preferred; Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Environmental, and other applicable management systems.
• Plan, conduct, document, and follow up on internal audits, including tracking corrective actions through verification and closure.
• Develop, review, and maintain Quality Procedures (QPs), Work Instructions (WIPs), SOPs, and other IMS documentation.
• Review and process document change requests in accordance with document control requirements.
• Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs and support corrective and preventive action activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues.
• Provide training and guidance on IMS requirements, procedures, and best practices.
• Support customer, certification, regulatory, and third-party audits.
