Job summary

Opulent Solutions Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated professional to support its quality and environmental management systems. The role involves establishing and maintaining the QMS/EMS framework, planning and conducting internal audits with proper follow-up, and coordinating with multi-party audits across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (or postgraduate equivalent) and be prepared to assist in training internal auditors and supervising junior engineers where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification.

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate quality and environmental management systems related affairs.
• Establish, maintain, and improve the management system to fulfill company direction and prepare for review and approval.
• Monitor, compile reports and publish the achievement of company objectives.
• Assist Audit Team Lead to plan and conduct internal audits with follow-up activities.
• Support supplier audit upon management's instruction.
• Coordinate with 2nd and 3rd parties audits and findings follow-up with relevant departments.
• Provide/arrange related training to new internal auditors; conduct QMS/EMS-related training/briefing as required.
• Support to arrange and promote quality & environmental management systems related trainings among employees.
• Organize meetings for management review and report compilation & dissemination.
• Participate in risk management processes and review of customer quality agreements.
• Coordinate and monitor departmental continual improvement projects.
• Monitor, promote and uphold relevant environmental regulatory/customer requirements.
• Work with related team members to ensure compliance of company product towards applicable requirements.
• Provide internal training/briefing related to environmental regulatory/customer requirements to relevant departments.

• Note: If Senior position; Additional responsibilities to supervise junior engineers & follow-up on tasks assigned to them.

Education

Bachelor's degree
