Job summary

Vigor Precision (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance expert to maintain the company’s Quality Management System and plan and coordinate internal audits across system, process and product levels. The role includes hosting second- and third-party audits, supporting audit preparation, on-site assistance and follow-up of nonconformities, plus monitoring CAPA programs.

You will assist the QS Manager with sustainability initiatives, and bring a degree in Quality, Engineering or Manufacturing

Qualifications

Degree or above in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO system management and operation.
Good knowledge of Code of Conduct (CoC) audit requirements.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification is required.
Knowledge of ISO 14064 / ISO 14067 will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain and ensure the effective operation of the company’s Quality Management System.
Plan and coordinate internal audits, including system, process, product and layered audits.
Coordinate and host second-party and third-party audits, including audit preparation, audit accompaniment, on-site support and follow-up of nonconformities.
Conduct regular process and product audits to monitor QMS effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Monitor and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) implemented by various departments.
Support the QS Manager in carbon emission and sustainability-related initiatives.
