Job summary

Venture Electronics Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineer, Quality System at the Batu Kawan plant in Penang. The role focuses on auditing, ISO practices, and maintaining the QESHLE management system.

Requirements include a degree or diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, with about 2 years of auditing experience and strong ISO knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication are essential.

• Preferably at least 2 years of auditing experience.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001/AS9100/TL9000/ISO 13485, ISO 14001/ ISO 45001).
• Knowledge of RBA Code of Conduct is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Results-driven and responsible.
• Adaptable and open to change.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal audit program (plan, conduct, report, follow up, and close audits).
• Ensure procedures and implementation meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Integrate customer requirements into QESHLE management system.
• Maintain QESHLE management system (ISO, AS, TL, RBA) and drive improvement.
• Support risk management and ensure actions are implemented.
• Support KPI setup, monitor performance, and drive improvements.
• Report key risks and recommend improvements to management.
• Coordinate management review materials and ensure improvement actions are timely carried out
• Handle other assigned tasks/projects.

We’re looking to add an Engineer, Quality Systemin Batu Kawan plant.

As an Engineer, Quality System, You will:

Job Responsibilities

Manage internal audit program (plan, conduct, report, follow up, and close audits).

Ensure procedures and implementation practice meet industry standards and customer requirements.

Integrate customer requirements into QESHLE management system.

Maintain QESHLE management system (ISO, AS, TL, RBA) and drive improvement.

Support risk management and ensure actions are implemented.

Support KPI setup, monitor performance, and drive improvements.

Report key risks and recommend improvements to management.

Coordinate management review materials compilation and ensure improvement actions are timely carried out

Handle other assigned tasks/projects.

Authorities

Conduct audits and access relevant records and staff.

Issue non-conformances and request corrective actions.

Follow up and verify action completion.

Escalate major issues to management.

Recommend system and process improvements.

Accountabilities

Ensure effective internal audit execution and closure.

Ensure QESHLE compliance with standards and requirements.

Ensure timely corrective action and follow-up.

Provide accurate reporting to management.

Support continuous improvement and risk control.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

Degree or Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Preferably possess at least 2 years of auditing experience.

Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001/AS9100/TL9000/ISO 13485, ISO 14001/ ISO 45001).
