Job summary

Venture is seeking a Supervisor Warehouse/Store in Tebrau, Johor to lead a team and manage parts receiving, storage, and stock movements. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and safe storage within a disciplined manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree and has at least two years of related experience, with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills to drive warehouse performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage parts receiving activities prior to incoming quality inspection.
• Lead a team and ensure that parts quantity as per delivery order document received.
• Manage and ensure proper parts storage after incoming quality inspection.
• Perform proper record-keeping and transactions of stock movement.
• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the storage area.
• Liaise with buyer/planner for better inbound/outbound planning.
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures; undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
• Identify, train and arrange suitable operator for machine operation.
• Train and develop high performing team members.
• Contribute to workplace safety and health improvement and environmental protection through EHS programs.

We’re looking to add a Supervisor Warehouse / Store in Tebrau, Johor.

As a Supervisor Warehouse / Store, you will:

• Manage parts receiving activities prior incoming quality inspection process;
• Manage a team and ensure that parts quantity as per delivery order document received;
• Manage and ensure proper parts storage after incoming quality inspection;
• Perform proper record-keeping and transaction of stock movement;
• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of the storage area;
• Liaise with buyer/planner for better incoming/outgoing planning;
• Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if needed;
• Identify, train and arrange suitable operator for machine operation;
• Train and develop high performing team members;
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs;
• Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline;
• At least two years working experience in related field is preferably.
