Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Quality, Environmental, Information Security, or other Management Systems in manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Auditing, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IMS implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement across quality, environmental, and other management systems.
• Plan, conduct, document, and close internal audits with verification of corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and maintain QPs, WIPs, SOPs, and other IMS documentation.
• Monitor KPIs and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate external audits with certification bodies, customers, and regulators.
• Provide training on IMS requirements and best practices.

• Monitor and analyze departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support corrective and preventive action activities.
• Support continual improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality, environmental, and compliance issues.
• Provide training and guidance on IMS requirements, procedures, and best practices.
• Support customer, certification, regulatory, and third-party audits.
• Serve as a resource for IMS-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Identify and communicate potential compliance risks to management.
• Assist in planning and coordinating external audits conducted by certification bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies.
• Execute special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting Quality, Environmental, Information Security, or other Management Systems in a manufacturing and/or high-tech environment.
• Experience supporting Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), or Information Security Management System (ISMS) activities, including audits, document control, corrective actions, or process improvement.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of international management system standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, AS9100, or IATF 16949.
• Internal Auditor certification is preferred; Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, risk assessment, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and external auditors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
