Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across Customer Quality, NPI, Manufacturing Quality, CM, HLA, and Continuous Improvement. You will own quality strategy, drive deep-dive investigations, and partner with R&D, Product Support, and Manufacturing to proactively improve product quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
5–8 years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, or NPI.
Proven ability to lead complex quality investigations.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead customer quality strategy and major issue resolution from escalation to closure.
Drive deep-dive reviews of top customer quality issues and ensure systemic improvements.
Partner with R&D, NPI, Product Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Support.
Translate quality trends into proactive roadmaps for product and process improvements.
Own manufacturing quality strategy, identify defects and drive preventive actions.
Lead cross-functional deep dives to eliminate recurring issues and strengthen robustness.
Oversee governance and timely closure of corrective actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives with Lean Six Sigma and data analytics.
