Job summary

Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is seeking a Quality Engineer to own customer quality initiatives across the organization and drive continuous improvement. You will partner with R&D, NPI, Product Support, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to identify risks early and implement preventive actions.

The role emphasizes quality governance from feedback intake through containment, corrective actions, and verified closure, ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using quality metrics and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own customer quality issue management from intake to closure.
• Lead investigations and determine root causes with evidence.
• Drive quality metrics reviews and actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Support for effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement across CQA, NPI, CM/HLA.
